Privacy Policy

Dandelions transfers rows between Google Sheets selected by the user. This policy explains what information the service accesses and how it is used.
Information we collect
- Your Google account name, email address, and account identifier.
- A Google authorization token, stored in encrypted form, that allows scheduled transfers to run.
- Transfer settings, including spreadsheet identifiers and names, sheet names, ranges, schedules, row conditions, and destinations.
- Operational records such as transfer times, status, row and cell counts, and error messages.
How we use Google user data
Dandelions uses Google Sheets access only to read the source ranges you select and write the resulting rows to the destinations you select. Google profile information is used to identify your account. Spreadsheet contents are processed to perform a requested transfer and are not retained as stored copies by Dandelions.
Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. Data is shared only with service providers needed to operate Dandelions, when required by law, or when necessary to protect the service and its users.
Storage and security
Account details, encrypted authorization tokens, transfer settings, and operational records are stored in our database. We use reasonable technical measures to protect this information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and deletion
Information is retained while your account is active or as needed to provide and protect the service. You may revoke Dandelions access from your Google Account permissions at any time. To request deletion of your Dandelions account and associated records, email ddmagtibay21@gmail.com.
Google API Services User Data Policy
Dandelions' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
